Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Rockrose Stump Prose for your tree stump grinding needs. We strive to provide the best service and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please review our refund policy below:

1. Service Satisfaction

  • Our goal is to complete all tree stump grinding services to your satisfaction. If the service is not performed as agreed upon or there are issues with the quality of the job, we will work with you to resolve the matter.

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of the work, please notify us within 7 days of service completion. We will assess the issue and determine whether a refund or a rework is appropriate.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will be considered only if the following conditions are met:

    • The service has not been completed to the customer's expectations, as detailed in the service agreement.

    • The issue cannot be resolved through rework or correction of the service.

  • If a refund is granted, it will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Cancellations

  • We request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If canceled within this time frame, a full refund will be issued. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a 20% cancellation fee may apply.

  • If the service is canceled after arrival on-site, partial or no refund may be issued, depending on the amount of work completed.

4. Damage or Property Issues

  • We take every precaution to avoid damaging your property. However, if damage occurs during the stump grinding process, please contact us within 24 hours. We will assess the damage and work to resolve the issue. If necessary, we will cover the cost of repairs.

  • Refunds are not available for minor or cosmetic damage that is inherent to stump grinding.

5. Weather-Related Delays

  • In the event of weather delays (e.g., rain, snow, etc.), we will do our best to reschedule your service promptly. Refunds are not issued for delays caused by weather conditions.

6. Non-refundable Services

  • Any additional services requested or added to the original scope of work are also non-refundable once the service has been completed.
